Competition Entry

To enter the competition: 

1. Complete the School Confirmation form with the school chop and principal’s signature. 

2. Scan the School Confirmation form and save it as a PDF file. 

3. Complete the online Entry Form, upload the completed School Confirmation form, and click submit.
