Once Upon A Book Storytelling Outreach 2025/26
The Once Upon a Book (OUB) Storytelling Outreach is a community-wide initiative with the aim of promoting a reading culture and sharing the love of reading through storytelling.
The OUB Storytelling Outreach event is organised by the Native-speaking English Teacher Section, Curriculum Development Institute of the Education Bureau (EDB), supported by the Standing Committee on Language Education and Research (SCOLAR), Hong Kong Animal Assisted Therapy Association (HKAATA) and Hopewell Mall. It aims to promote reading and create an engaging environment for English learning among members of the general public. Through engaging storytelling performances and interactive, fun booth activities, the event brings our community together around the overarching theme of "Reading is a treat".
